I am brand new to bird feeding. I did lots of research before placing my order and am so thrilled with my feeders! Everything is top quality. It took only 2 days for the birds to find and start using them. I was expecting items to be shipped, but who knew that a wonderful person would be kind enough to actually drop them off at my home in Apex! That was way above and beyond. Thank you so much! Prior to purchasing items, I contact the store on Facebook. They were very helpful and discussed bird behavior and gave good advice on what to feed in order to attract the birds I wanted, and what kinds of feeders are appropriate for that type of food.

The staff is always very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They are always eager to share wildlife information when requested. Each time I visit the store, I am greeted with a smile. Even Mason is super friendly! I have always had the best experience there.

The WBU store in Chapel Hill is excellent. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful. The online ordering and curbside pickup is tremendously convenient in the midst of this pandemic. The staff is always careful to maintain a safe distance while loading my vehicle.
