The Chapel Hill N.C. store had very good Covid safety measures. The lady came out to drop my merchandise and she had a face shield on! I felt very comfortable.

Hey, guys I have run out of superlatives and other positive statements so it feels a little redundant. Even the pets are friendly, helpful and polite. You have repeatedly repaired feeders, you have enabled my feeding at nursing homes and extended care facilities for fixing stuff that is not even your store brand. Only time I have strayed from your products was after two feeders were stolen from different nursing homes and I put up a couple of cheap feeders for awhile but then the hirds got unhappy with me. I love you for all you do
