Items were delivered promptly to my door step.

Stopped by on the way home from work, hadnt called an order in or purchased online prior to showing up at the store. Wasn’t sure if the store was open or allowing shoppers to shop. So I was very happy to be able able to purchase the seed I needed that day. Process was smooth and very little wait. Plus was able to use my bird bucks from March !!!

I'm higher risk, so it's so nice to have the curbside option available! My products were exactly what I needed and as advertised on the website.

I have purchased items from the WBU shop in Chapel Hill before and know the high quality of the items they sell and the attentiveness of staff. Now that I've had to order online for delivery because of social distancing I am even more impressed. I made a mistake in my order and received a call soon afterward, my error was explained and "forgiven" and I was even granted s store credit. It was a small amount, but more important, a clear example of kindness and a great attitude. I couldn't be more pleased.

The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. The whole transaction was simple and easy. I got what I wanted, more or less. I was looking for something a little larger, but since we were trying to figure it out over the telephone with no pictures what I got was close enough.

During this pandemic, I am very grateful that there is delivery available. The merchandise arrived earlier than expected. Everything was in excellent condition!
