This is entirely on the FedEx driver, but they didn't ring the bell when the package was delivered (at just a little before 8 p.m.), and also left the package in front of the door to where I couldn't fully open the door and had to squeeze outside in order to get the 40-lb package in! The WBU service was excellent though. I received the shipping notification about 1.5 hours after placing the order... talk about fast service!
