Chuck and Alicia are wonderful and knowledgeable and very helpful for what I needed. They took the time to explain and show me how to care for my Eliminator bird feeder.

They're highly knowledgeable and friendly. Feels like family!!

Easy to place order and pick up. Very quick response once I got there. Observed COVID precauations.

It was simple. It was quick. I received what I needed very efficiently. Might have been different if I did not know what I wanted and needed to look around inside, but in the past in such circumstances the staff has always been very helpful and informative.

Everyone is helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and only drawback is due to coronovirus there is no opportunity to wander and impulse buy. Hopefully the National nightmare will end. Good place with good people and good sales. Gayle

All the products that I purchased are of an excellent quality. I always feel like I am visiting good friends when I make my purchase, even if two of my smallest and furiest friends can only be greeted through the glass door at this time! My order is always ready very quickly with no confusion or issue.

It is a great product, my birds show me everyday. The staff is so friendly I love their dog
