delivery was delayed a day but I was called and let know the new delivery time. Also replaced part of a squirrel buster feeder and appreciate the personal service on a rainy day.

Chuck always delivers quickly, rings the doorbell to let us know the delivery has arrived, and has a cheery word and smile for us.

I've come to rely on the quality of the seed I purchase at this store. What I like best about shopping here is the friendliness of the store owners and staff. They are great at answering questions and even offering suggestions. And they took the time to learn my name. They feel like a neighborhood store and not a big box.

I actually came to the store because I just moved here and didn't realize I couldn't come inside. The owner met me at the door and took my rather complicated order, helped me sort through various options, and got all my items for me while I waited outside. The choices he helped me make are great and the birds are flocking to my newly installed feeders! We were loyal customers in the Boston area, and look forward to being loyal customers here.

The owners brought our curbside pickup out to us..very quick and friendly...We actually wanted to make a change to our order at the door which was handled with ease by the owners. Staff was masked and following CDC covid guidelines. Wonderful experience.
