I have always been satisfied with Wild Birds. They always get the order right and are the friendliest people. They even know my dogs name, not to mention my own. I love everyone who works for WBU. They know a lot about birds and their habits and I enjoy Mason's monthly chats about birds. I always learn something from them. I am so grateful for the delivery service during Covid.

The website was easy to navigate with all the seed explicitly shown so that I could make the correct choice. As soon as I telephoned from my car, the 20 lbs. of seed was carried to my car which I really appreciated. Everything went very smoothly, and Wild Birds Unlimited is definitely my place to shop and the birds are happy too. They know what they want and like. Wild Birds Unlimited have spoiled them.

I ordered a seed sculpture along with a pole feeder. A staff member called from the store to let me know that the sculpture I chose required a larger version of the feeder, and to help me pick out my free membership gift. The order shipped right away and arrived in great shape and quickly. I love this store.
