The Chapel Hill staff had been exceptional throughout the years. The quality of the bird food and feeders has been excellent and we have enjoyed a wide array of birds this year.

Jenny and Richard are great!! The credit card machine has been unavailable a couple of times, but no biggie...it happens. Jenny recommended I go to the website and purchase my items and select pick-up, since I was already in the store. It was the perfect solution. The staff who work there are so friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to explain and show all things related to birds/your questions. The only problem was with checking out and a computer glitch they were experiencing.
