The clerks are tremendously friendly and helpful. I enjoy going into the store as if I'm having a visit. The advice is always good.

The sales staff was so pleasant to talk to and I was really impressed with their knowledge. My birds have demonstrated their approval of the new seed I purchased- have many more birds showing up now. I look forward to visiting this store again.

I received a promotional email and was able to call in my order and then just pick everything up the following day. The person who took my order gave me good advice on a feeder to select and also made sure to combine discounts to give me the best price. At pickup, the owner loaded a heavy bag of seed for me. Wonderful service and store.
