The Chapel Hill store is a pleasure to visit and the staff is always eager to help and as friendly as anyone could ask for. I am always offered help with carrying my order out to the car and it is greatly appreciated.

Each and every time I shop there, the customer service is excellent. They have helped me choose the right stuff to feed the critters in my backyard zoo. They have been so helpful in creating ways for the squirrels to be fed and leave the birds food alone. The prices are reasonable. I just have to find a way to keep myself from buying everything in the store.
