Excellent selection of products. Products are the highest quality. Staff is very friendly but not overly intrusive. They are always greet me when entering and are available and happy to answer questions if needed.

When I entered the store I did not see the item I was looking for, but as soon as I mentioned this, Richard told me he had one in the back, and he immediately went and got it. We then had a conversation about his recent trip and the birds he had seen (after I asked if he had seen an Acorn Woodpecker) and he showed me some great pics of the birds he had seen. Overall, this was a very enjoyable visit!
