Jennifer always does a great job. She offers to carry the 20 lb bag to the car. She does that with every customer. Also, I congratulated her on the new jacket she was wearing. She said it was a gift from the owner--very thoughtful, and well deserved.

I have found that I can rely on the advice I get from the staff in the store. They have helped me select the best items for my situation, including bird seed from the many choices available, suet, butter-bark, and a birdbath heater with wire protection. They can tell me what birds to watch for and what to do according to the time of year, what will attract different types of birds, and how to frustrate squirrels and other invaders. Walking in, it feels like a friendly, hometown store. I always look forward to shopping there. Where else can you say that?
