Sales Person knew birds and advised me about hummingbirds based on her research. She also helped me carry the birdseed to my car.

Staff took time to answer questions and showed me several options for food and feeder based on my home.

Excellent range of products, but most of all, the knowledgable and helpful service. Specifically, RICHARD took the time to explain how I might address problems with the compressed seed cylinder . He described how I could put it together more effectively and, if fact, did it for me. I have appreciated help from many WBU staff over the years, but Richard gets AA+++ for being friendly and knowledgable.

It is easy to order online and I like the membership points that save us a little bit of money. deliver is excellent
