The young woman who helped me was great!! She was very friendly and helped me take my bird seed and other purchases to my car. What fantastic service!!

The employee who explained products was very knowledgeable and kind, she engaged us in conversation about what would best fit our home as well as informing us about store events coming soon. She seemed to genuinely want us to have a good experience and come back again.

I don’t have any complaints with WBU! The staff is always great! And I only shop there for my birds because the products are always excellent! They are a little expensive, but quality counts.
