The worker who helped us with our seed selection was so helpful and super friendly! We talked about our various backyard birds and which seeds they liked to eat. She also put together a great little goodie bag for us when we joined up. Since we were buying four bags of seed, joining was a great value. We walked out of that store with big smiles on our faces!

Everything was ready when I arrived at the store. Katherine was extremely courteous, carried the 20 lbs of bird seed to my car, which I sincerely appreciated. My birds love the WBU seed, and a few squirrels too.

I prefer to purchase my bird supplies from a local store, smaller than the "big box" chains. WBU is that store for me. They have a good amount of stock, the seed is bug-free, and the delivery is VERY fast.

Jen was extremely helpful in helping us decide the right products for a brand new pole system. She showed how specific feeders worked and attached a hook to the suet feeder we bought so that it was one less step for us! As always, she was knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with us to aid us with our purchases.
