We came to Wild Birds Unlimited because the other Bird Store in Chapel Hill closed on us. We were happy to know that Wild Birds Unlimited has the same type of seed the other store had; I guess you use the same bird seed company. The woman I saw on FB helped us and showed us the seeds we used from the other place. She gave us so much information, and we signed up for the membership. We loved the service.

As a new customer I was warmly welcomed and staff spent a lot of time with me, explaining the different seed blends available and helping me with suggestions. I liked the available discount plan as i expect to become a regular customer there. And knowledgable advice was suggested about a question i had how to deal with crows recently taking over my feeders. A nice initial experience at this store.

I was greeted warmly. I knew what I wanted selected it and paid. And then saw jigsaw puzzles available in bird shapes and bought two. Then I was informed that I had bird bucks for my next visit. I left happy and our birds will enjoy the seed we get (squirrels don’t enjoy the hot pepper seeds).

It was easy to order and the order came very quickly. Also there was a lovely hanging treat bell for the birds - although the squirrels got to it quickly!
