Richard T was so helpful! He suggested foods that would work best for our birds and the down side of having fruit in the food during hot and humid weather. He also helped us choose a dome to put over one of our feeders (better than the one we were thinking of buying). We had a problem with one of our existing feeders, and he advised us how to adjust it. He spent plenty of time with us and answered all of our questions.
