They know me there and are always happy to see me. There are so many things to know about birds, and the staff have surprised me with facts about the different species, migratory patterns, preferred foods, etc. When I need some guidance on, say, a birdbath defroster, I can count on them to help me choose the right one. A great place to visit and shop!

I had never been to the store before. The store I had used was now closed. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and met all my needs. I signed up for the discount program and was able to get the seed I wanted.

The store associate was extremely friendly and enthusiastic about my new interest in bird watching, listened carefully to my preferences, and made evidence-based recommendations that suited exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell me.

The staff is wonderful. They have a cart so they can load everything I’ve purchased to the car Love also they carry live mealworms. Quality of product is excellent ❤️
