Your pricing has gotten out of control. This last product I bought is almost twice as expensive as when I first bought it.

I brought a finch feeder for repair or exchange. Broken tube and one missing perch on finch feeder. I Asked for an exchange for a seed tube instead of repair since the birds prefer the seed tube (I exclusively use NO-mess food in another WBU seed tube and tray) and the finches prefer seed tube. I suggested it would be a win-win for your company and me, the customer, with an exchange. I get a seed tube and company doesn’t have to spend time and materials on a repair. But the salesperson immediately denied the suggestion and had a bit of an attitude.

I suggested that I purchased rotten seed and was persuaded to believe that nothing was wrong with the seed. I was then told my membership expired 2 days prior and I couldn’t get an exception. I’ve been a member for at least 4 years. I needed to rejoin to get the discount on that day. It just felt like a pure business transaction with no customer appreciation.

Lifetime warranty on bird seed tube feeder was not honored. The broken part cost $1.50 and “due to a change in the manufacturers warranty” was no longer covered. When I purchased the bird feeder tube I paid at least $25 more than I would have on Amazon, but I liked the Lifetime Warranty and spending my money locally. Well, for $1.50 I learned my lesson. From here on out it’s Amazon for me.

I did not select "not satisfied". Not sure why I am getting this question.

The staff at that WBU location are so unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude. Most especially the elderly, small woman. I cringe whenever she even walks up to me. Yardbirds staff is exceptionally friendly and so welcoming. I buy from them now. The only thing that we will purchase from WBU are tray feeders and bird baths at the Midlothian, VA branch store. The Henrico store treats my fiance and I like lower class people. We feed hundreds of birds, but my back yard birds won't eat WBU's food for some reason.
