There was only 1 associate visible in the store when we walked in and they were helping another customer. I would have appreciated an acknowledgement when we came in. Eventually a second person came out front he back to assist us. I am not making a big deal of this just letting you know why I didn't rate my visit "Highly Satisfied" across the board. Look forward to my next visit. Thanks!

prices are high compared with Southern States

I’m used to being acknowledged when I’m in the store. A new person was there and didn’t seem to care.

A smile would help rather than walking you to product asked for and leaving

The bird seed I like is out of stock because of the fires in California. Not the store’s fault.

The employee friendliness and overall courteousness is declining even when the store staff is not busy or enter acting with other customers. Borderline rudeness.

The cost has gone up quite a bit.

Your staff wasn't very friendly or patient during my quick for a new feeder. It was about 20 minutes to closing and I had my granddaughter with me. She was selecting the type of pressed cylinder feeder and we were discussing the type of bird we wanted to attract. Your staff hurried us to make a decision. I'll return but it was my granddaughter's first visit and not the experience I hoped for.

I called twice over a period of 3 hours and nobody answered the phone. I left a message with my name and number the first time I called, saying I wanted to place an order for pick-up. Later, my husband drove to the shop to see if it was opened and it was. He did the shopping which was for over $100- worth of products, and mentioned my phone calls from earlier that day. The man said the store was too busy to answer the phone or collect phone messages. He was NOT pleasant or apologetic. We considered this to be very poor customer service especially at a place we usually enjoy shopping.
