The fountain motor for the bird bath I wanted was not in stock. Another store was called and they were out of stock as well. The clerk took my contact info saying they would call when it was back in stock. No time estimate was given.

The items I purchased were great. Everything else I wanted to purchase was unavailable. I have checked several other times online for these items and they are still unavailable. This is my first time purchasing from Wild Birds Unlimited, and I want to continue. I'm sure the lack of items are due to the supply chain problem, so I plan on to continue shopping with you.

I was If everyone rates highly satisfied you would never look at anything i personally think a business shoule always be looking to make things better. also there is nothing wrong with a satisfied in some categories

Wasn’t the usual staff. When I apologized for forgetting my mask, i noticed no one in the store was wearing one. In these polarized times, that says something. Do you really want to take a side and lose over 60% of possible base. It’s the stores choice along with my choice of where to spend my money.

It is resolvable as manufacturing ramps up after COVID. I was specifically looking for the iron bird feeder poles and they are not expected in stock for another 2-3 weeks.

I presented a coupon to the sales associate as she was ringing up my order. She abruptly pushed it back to me across the counter saying, “And THAT has expired.” I had a puzzled look because I knew the expiration date was a week away. She then realized it expired the following week and apologized. It was her manner that put me off - quite abrupt. Definitely lacking in finesse.
