We brought back a feeder that we recently purchased because the hanger had broken. We were under the impression that such items had a quality guarantee, but were told it did not. We were allowed to purchase a replacement part. I am just a bit disappointed that you do not stand behind the quality of items you sell. This isn't a "deal breaker" as a customer, but it is still a disappointment.

After spending $100 on bird feed, the very next day I received an email from WBU saying if I bought feed that day, I would get a further discount. That’s the second time that has happened. very annoying!

Everything was pretty standard, nothing had wow factor, but it was all good! Prices are high but it matches the quality of merchandise and seeds for birds

The usual selection of cylinder seed was greatly missed. I was hoping for the variety that I am used to without limits for purchases. I will be back sooner in hopes of finding more available products for the birdies.
