Regular customer. I always buy a Christmas gift during this time of year because they are unique. The staff always answers all my questions about birds.

The sales rep was very friendly, and particularly knowledgeable of each item she showed me. She made several suggestions as a gift idea. Her name was Hannah. She deserves a nice bonus for Christmas.

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, the variety of bird food makes it fun to shop there and the various bird feeders and houses complete the birding experience. All of my bluebirds have returned for the 3rd year in a row :-)

Have been shopping at WBU for many years. The products are always fresh, high quality and the birds love them. With the DSC membership I find your birdseed prices to be very competitive, if not cheaper, than other suppliers. I have encountered friendly staff in all WBU stores I have shopped at and never had any problems. You also carry merchandise that make lovely gifts!
