Over time, Diane and I have built a friendly relationship, and she has a good idea of just what I need, whether that’s No-Mess food since I moved to a retirement community and no longer have a yard or, on this visit, which bluebird houses to buy to replace 25-year-old handmade ones. Greeting her dog Bella is a nice bonus! I feel the same way about Adele and Trisha. When owner Bruce or Meredith are at this store, it’s like seeing old friends. The staff and customers are really a family of bird lovers. I’ve shopped happily at Wild Birds since the first store opened in the ‘90s. What you sell lasts almost forever, and when it doesn’t, it’s replaced without question or hassle. In my case, the top of my Eliminator feeder was chewed through, and the heated bird bath stopped heating. Both were replaced. I’ve found nice gifts for friends, even those who aren’t birders and treats for myself (I use the $10 coupons for me). Shopping there is an enjoyable experience for all those reasons.

I always can find the type of feed necessary for any particular time of year. The employees are always friendly and can answer most any question. I enjoy the satisfaction of the products you carry and the benefits of the club savings.
