First visit and I really enjoyed the selection of products, the helpfulness of employees, and learning more about birds!

The Short Pump WBU store is a bird lovers' Heaven. They carry the necessities of food, feeders, and baffles, and in addition, they carry gift items and books for bird lover's friends. Their Salesforce is extra knowledgeable but not "pushy". I am so glad I discovered them. They are a DELIGHT!

Been a customer for years. Moved away a few years ago with no WBU close by so I do stop by when in Richmond. Super happy to find out that delivery is now available so I will be taking advantage of that.

It would be nice if both the Richmond area storse carried the same merchandise .

I have always like this store. I have been a customer for over 14 years. The staff, Diane Drummond, Neal Pate are great, friendly and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. WB are lucky to have them as employees.
