Always a delight to visit this store. Staff is engaging, genuine, eager to help. Diane and Trish are especially warm. A new young staff girl is also lovely. A pleasure to come in!!

It was like Family. . the gals were awesome and any questions we had they knew the answers too. . were extremely knowledgeable. Love to go in the store just wish it were closer to us, but then we had a nice ride. Look forward to going there and since we have joined, we will be going more often. Love the mug with the red truck on it and the box it was in. How cool it was!! Our birds sure do enjoy eating the cylinders as well as all the other seeded items we bought. GREAT experience!

Found what I needed quickly. Received helpful information on bats and bat houses. Very friendly staff.

Product quality and staff knowledge

When I walked in I was greeted by a specialist immediately. She remembered my name and was familiar with my purchase history. We discussed how recent weather events might affect bird behavior. As always, she offered to help carry my purchase to my car. She was personable and friendly while remaining professional.

The store is always neatly organized and the clerks are available for questions or suggestions.

The staff are always very knowledgable. Everything is clean and orderly. The staff are always very pleasant and friendly!

We buy the Choice blend and find it our favorite. It causes way fewer weeds. We also like the hot pepper blocks. These are great b/c the squirrels won't eat them.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff actually knew the person that I was purchasing the gift card for. They had samples that caused me to make an additional purchase.
