The staff was highly knowledgeable about the bird food and the products. They helped my mother-in-law and even offered to help her carry the food to the car. They also patiently looked up what kind of food I had purchased previously. Always a pleasant experience at this store!

brought in birdfeeder with questions. they immediately said they could repair it and would return to me. asked other questions on specific birds and they were able to provide advice.

I always appreciate the friendly staff and good quality products you have in the store. There is always a good variety of merchandise in stock without being too overwhelming. Thank you for helping me to be able to care for the wild birds in my neighborhood.
