I really like that female salesperson, I cannot remember her name, but she is lovely, warm, knowledgeable and makes me smile whenever I see her.

Consistency - the seed is high quality, I get tons of unusual birds, the employees are predictably kind and helpful - what more could I want?

The staff always does a great job. They are very friendly and very helpful.

I have been coming to this store for years. I know the people well and they know me. As pertaining to this survey, almost all my pickups were in-store. Only 3 in parking lot which were also fine.

The staff was able to explain the difference in the bird seeds. They then offered to put it in the vehicle for us.

It’s a great store for wildlife bird seed & supplies. Also, love to see the new items available seasonally. Owners come across the neatest stuff! Staff is always pleasant & very helpful!
