Always have appreciated the staff and the products you carry. While the bird seed is more expensive (even as a member, which helps!), it's worth it in my mind (I buy the "no mess").

I come to this WBU at least 2 to 3 times a month and I am always very satisfied with the merchandise and the employees. This store is my "go to" place for all my wild bird needs. The staff is wonderful!!

The staff at the Short Pump store are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I usually do an "in store" purchase because it is such a pleasant experience. Diane and Tricia always greet me by my first name. I know the other staff less well, but they are equally positive and professional. All are extremely knowledgeable about the stock and are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge about the natural world. When my feeders need a little TLC, they do such a nice job restoring them. Such a wonderful approach to their work!

Placed order on phone. Chose substitute, as what I’d been purchasing was out of stock. Was short on time when picked up merchandise. Order was brought out very quickly.

The man who helped me with my feeder that needed to be repaired was completely knowledgeable about what was needed and fixed the feeder right away. He was also very friendly and made my experience thoroughly pleasant.
