Found exactly what I needed. The staff member was very helpful.

We appreciated the knowledge of the salesman when buying a blue bird house and pole. It was especially nice of him to prepare the box for mounting on the pole. We were surprised when he offered to do that and were grateful.

I am relatively new to the world of backyard bird friends, needing guidance as well as high quality products. So I went to my local WBU. Both team members were welcoming and friendly, and Trisha was the one who "took me under her wing," providing information (verbal and written resources), introducing me to the feeders and food options that would work best for my backyard, and providing information on membership (and yes, I joined!). She also checked out my purchases and helped me carry my items to my car. I will be back soon for more advice and food!
