Person who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. That said there is a product I purchased that I (& the birds) didn’t care for so I’ll bring it back an exchange for a different product. (I’ve never returned anything before in all my years of shopping at this company)

The store always has what we need, very dependable. The staff is so friendly, they remember us from visit to visit, and we always feel well cared-for. And our birds really appreciate it!

The store is merchandised(grouping) so items are easily found. There is a wide and varied selection of products. What put the visit over the top was the knowledge of the staff. I witnessed one employee demonstrating how a baffle worked when attached to the feeder pole; the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable about the different wildlife in the woods near my home. I even learned that the pair of white squirrels who regularly feast in my yard are called white morphs! Who knew!!☺
