I always love my time at WBU. It's hard not to buy some additional stuff while I'm there. There are so many cute things to look at!! I had a small issue at my visit this time, but it's only because it was a new employee taking care of me. It was straightened out very quickly. I'm a loyal consistent customer, and always will be!

Wild Birds was/is quite efficient. This is a poorly created survey. I actually went to the store, went in and shopped. This "highly improbable" method of shopping not recognized in this survey.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. The only complaint is that the squirrels like your food as well as the birds. We have a squirrel buster feeder that has had to be repaired and since it is guaranteed and your feed is so good we do not shop anywhere else.

Love the store a people that work there.

I have never been in your store or talked to one of your employees that I have not left with a positive memory of how well you treat your customers.

I love the short pump wild birds. Suggestion though. I worry about all the plastic bags. Can we have refillable buckets and bird seed barrels it would help birds and reduce plastic waste

Overall I found the service to be good. The birds love the Supreme food. I only had one glitch and I had to call back several times to get someone to bring the product out to my car. The phone went to voicemail several times.
