I signed up for frequent buyer program last year. Something was wrong with system and I was unable to get $10 reward. Sales person corrected and called me next day to advise it was corrected.

Staff greeted me when I walked in the store, asked if they could help me with anything, were friendly to the other customer in the store who seemed to be having a problem and they addressed it well and to the customer's satisfaction; answered a few of my questions; did not bother me as I was walking around the store browsing; were personable yet professional at check out.

The staff is always polite and knowledgeable. I have been coming to the Shirt Pump store for many years. I am on a firstname basis with several employees. I don't buy any birdseed or other bird food products from anywhere else.

The staff (Diane and her fur babies) is always friendly and helpful. They always make me smile when I visit.
