It's heartwarming to be greeted by name when we go into the store. We also trust those who work there to give us good information on our birds and squirrels, who by the way are very happy with what we get there!

I was able to get in and out of the store in a reasonable amount of time. Everything that I went into the store to purchase was available.

It’s a great store. I only brushed the surface with a quick shop for bird seed.

A raccoon had messed with a previously purchased feeder and it needed four hands to reassemble. While the clerk would usually take 'in back' to fix it, I wanted to see how it would be fixed so I could do myself next time. Not a problem - we teamed up right there on the desk and got it done! I also wanted to buy a hummer feeder dome - the style on display was red which I didn't want. A clear style was in back and although more expensive I was happy to find what I was looking for. Store clerks cheerfully helped me find what I wanted. Smiles.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about products. Fun to chat about different birds I’ve been seeing in my yard. Always appreciate the help getting the large bags of seed out to my car.
