I always get my order quickly and correctly. I did renew my membership again on this order and didn't get the joining gift this time. Not sure if WBU stopped that or just forgot it.

Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. It seems as though anytime I ask them about a problem I am having they can help me with solutions. I also love the no mess food! Really does save money compared to when I purchased cheaper foods from other stores. I also love my bird feeder from Wild Birds that allows me to set the weight of the bird I want to be able to access food has worked beautifully! No more squirrel problems! Amusingly enough I do have a chipmunk that has figured out how to put his front paws on the opening thereby taking weight off the bar. He stuffs those little cheeks full! I figure if he is that resourceful, he can have it!

I just came in to get some birdseed refills. I've been in the store before and I knew what I was looking for. The staff are very friendly there and they're fun to chat with. I'm only somewhat likely to recommend WBU to others because not many people I know are into bird feeders and the like. I'll be back soon!
