order came right a way and exactly what I ordered

I just came in to get some birdseed refills. I've been in the store before and I knew what I was looking for. The staff are very friendly there and they're fun to chat with. I'm only somewhat likely to recommend WBU to others because not many people I know are into bird feeders and the like. I'll be back soon!

Great store

I have been highly satisfied with in person visits to my store, but was attracted by the free delivery option with a certain price threshhold recently. It was delivered in less time han anticipated.

Great customer service. Wish the prices were a little lower but that’s about the only thing I find wrong.

They know their stuff. Some years ago they told me about the Hot Pepper bird seed that birds love and squirrels will not touch. They have been very helpful ever since.

I love, love, love this store. It’s always so pleasing to shop there. The products are wonderful. Even though some seeds are more expensive than a big box store, they are worth it. The birds turn up their beaks at cheap alternatives. Plus the staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s a wonderful place to shop.

The sales lady was quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
