The gentleman who helped me greeted me when I came into the store and asked what I needed. I told him I needed another bag of bird feed and pointed to the kind I have used. He said that he would take care of it and asked if I needed anything else. I asked for a new bird feeder to replace an old one broken by a gang of squirrels. I described it and he took me to one right away, and also got the tray for it. He rang up the sale, took my payment, and carried the heavy bag of feed to my car. And I was on my way home with new feeder and plenty of bird seed. Thank you!

All of the staff is very knowledgeable of all of their products. If I have questions, they always have the answer. They are accommodating and always carry what I buy to my car which is very helpful.
