I can purchase similar items much more economically at other locations.

I had a simple order and had to wait at least 10 minutes while they helped the only other customer in the store at the time. There were several other employees who could have checked me out with my 3 items.

Wish the checkout could have gone faster during COVID.

Delivery was promised the day of order. It was not delivered until the next morning. It would be helpful if I could be advised that delivery would not take place on the promised date, then I wouldn’t wonder whether my package was lost.

The store closes very early. I work for a living and can only get there minutes before the store closes. It makes a rush for me and a hassle for the employees. Also I saw a mealy moth flying around. Other than that, perfect experience!

our visit was what I expected. I felt some items were overpriced; Ie…the birdy ornaments and lovely birdhouses. $350+ houses??? I was able to find something unique that I purchased, so my visit was successful. The seeded birdhouse wasn't as large as I would have liked...but it was within my budget for the gift.

I thought items were a little pricey but we found a different item for less.

I had a specific item I wanted and you had several choices. I didn't really study the shop intently. The cats are a lovely sight, amusing since cats and birds don't usually go together.

The store is getting cluttered and difficult to maneuver

I had to wait too long to make my purchase at the register.
