The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly! I love visiting this store! They have many options of feeders, and are very knowledgable.

It was about 10 degrees outside when I shopped, and there was no heat in the store. It was FREEZING there! The poor staff was so very friendly, and bundled up to boot. I asked how long their store had not been heated for 2 months! I understand parts are backordered, however I would've liked to have seen more effort made to heat the store more uniformly, even with small heaters.

We ordered a gift certificate for our daughter's birthday who lives in another state close to another WBU store. It's what she wanted. It would have been much more helpful in this instance, if we could have downloaded the gift certificate to send her electronically. My wife very much enjoyed the visit to this local store to pick up the certificate and mail to her daughter. She liked the store and will be back for our own birding needs. Thank you.

As with many items across the board and in all areas of life , the price of the Safflower seed has shot up. Looking back at previous purchases (using my memory only) show the price has risen close to 100%. If that price holds we will be spending close to $20.00 per week on Safflower. Not sure that is a justifiable expense.

The merchandise was not boxed. Staff called to get price and wherever they called they were slow to respond. Staff was apologetic.
