The product I bought can be had at half the price online, but I didn't have the luxury of waiting for it to be shipped. That's OK, a physical store location has bills to pay, so I understand. I consider it a "convenience/expedience tax." :) I'm grateful that there are still small retail stores hanging on, and I wish I had the extra scratch to shop with you all the time.

Some of the cylinders were damaged when I unpacked them so I will lose some when I take the plastic off. No big deal some birds feed off the ground This was probably caused by the shipping process

This was hard for me to rate. I always ask for "FINE." And it has always been marked as such The gal picked up a bag, I paid--not looking. When i got home I saw nowhere where it was "marked" fine. Upon looking at the seed, it appears to be much more coarse than prior bags. The birds are troubled getting it out of the sock. Unless it is marked FINE, I have no way to know if I was handed the wrong thing, or not. I did ask her....is this the fine and she said yes!! It just isn't like prior purchases in a fine consistency. I've already used out of it so, if there was an error, my bad. Next time I will be more critical of eying the bag and not so trusting.

The store seems a little crowded and so it's hard to move through the merchandise.

Cost of feeders & lack of less costly choices. I hope my $76 feeder lasts 20+ years; otherwise u question if it’s ‘worth it.’

I don’t know anyone else who feeds birds but I would recommend Wild Bird in Shawnee. I’m happy I found the store. I think it would be nice if the ladies inquired about what kinds of birds were visiting my feeders. I’m a novice and have no idea what might attract different birds.

Always room to grow. Rarely do I ever give 100%.
