this location is always friendly and welcoming from the staff to the two resident cats that keep watch over all proceedings its a great place to shop and feel welcome. The owner is always a delight to talk to and my husband and I love coming to our favorite place to shop.

Friendly staff, fabulous variety of goodies

We have shopped at WBU franchises in our homes in three different states over the last 30 years. All of them are staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people. If they do mot have what we need, it can be ordered and arrives in less than a week. Prices are higher than Walmart, but quality is higher too, and the personal touch at WBU is wonderful. When we moved here, we were delighted to find this WBU within 10 minutes of our new home.

They had what I went for. They had a sale and I did some gift buying. They know me.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about birds and butterfly's. what a treat that she shared what she was doing with the butterfly's. Helped me out with my bags of birdseed.

Went in to get bird seed and the staff was very courteous. I knew exactly what I wanted and she helped me out with my bag of seed. While in the store waiting to pay I was very fascinated with the conversation the staff was having with the customer she was helping at the time about the special with the suet and the butterfly's she was taking care of. I love this store!
