Friendly staff who is very helpful. I also enjoy telling them about our backyard experiences, watching birds. Today we had a Sharp-Shinned Hawk sit in our tree right off our sun porch for 58 min.

Absolutely wonderful Customer Service at this store, their all so friendly and helpful.

We are always greeted the second we walk in. Come in over to answer any questions that we might have. Always pet their cat and talk with them about the savings membership. Which really saves us money every time we visit there.

Always enjoy going to this store because the staff is so friendly. Also enjoy the great "house" cats, and especially the monarch butterflies. Appreciate the way they always offer to help us take our purchases to the car. Also appreciate the way they keep up on sightings of migratory birds in the area.

They had several of what i wanted to choose from. They were very friendly, including the cat. They gave me free items to entice me to return.
