The staff is ALWAYS very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I called looking for a particular item before going and Linda knew exactly what I was looking for, telling me what they had available for purchase! I usually end up getting to go to the store at the end of my work day, which is usually right before they close. They don't seem to mind and again, very eager to help and they always offer to help you carry your purchase to the car. I love the selection of not only bird related items but decorative yard and specialty items as well. I would definitely go broke in this store if allowed ;-) Oh and the two shop kitties to love on are an added bonus.

Colleen and her staff are OUT STANDING in customer service and knowledge. The store is a treat to visit with all the different bird merchandise and pleasant staff. I would highly recommend the Wilds Birds store to anyone.

They share their personal experiences and difficulties with the birds I have problems with. My wife loves to shop there, but that may not be a good thing for me. They really have some very nice things. Best of all, I really value their lifetime guarantee for the feeders that I purchase there. Besides all that, I enjoy the bird talk with the very informed staff.
