The friendliness and knowledge of employees and the passion of sharing knowledge made a fun trip to this store! My husband & I are new to birdwatching/feeding & this might be our new favorite store!

We drive down from Leavenworth to go to your store cause we feel a great connection with the staff. They are all so wonderful and now know us when we walk in. I want quality bird food and you have it along with wonderful people. We're customers for life!

The (I think) owner was very nice and offered to carry the birdseed to my car. I got a 20% discount sent via email for August being my birthday month. I bet the resident cat doesn't know that birds are what the business is about!

Love this store. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Love the two cats who greet us when we enter the store. Staff offers to carry heavy bags of seed to our car. Will return as needed.

I was immediately greeted by a friendly, smiling employee who took me directly to the item I wanted. She added my information to the local store file (I recently moved to KS from GA) and I received a free bag of no waste birdseed for being a first time customer to the store.
