The store cats were adorable, the feeding club was a great deal (free feeder & food? awesome!), and the store itself was just a hidden gem I should have gone to long ago!

I have had positive experiences since the first day I went into the store years ago. The staff is great and they always have a very nice selection of items. I was so happy that I went to a Christmas party shortly after my visit and recommended it to friends at the party.

The staff always makes me feel good. They answer all my questions and even gives me tips on different birds. They really know what they are talking about. Very friendly!

Always friendly greeting even when only one staff person was on duty. I don’t know staff name but she carried my bird seed to the car and gave me a calendar and “lucky” seed for Christmas. The other customer in the store was left alone to look around, which seemed to be fine. But, you never know who a crime target is these days. I should’ve carried the bag out myself. Very nice store. Love the resident cat! Looking forward to seeing the owls on 12-14! What a treat,
