I placed my order online on Monday evening of a holiday week. My order was delivered early Wednesday morning! The delivery person wore a mask and waved at me from his car as he left. I had previously been a member of the Lenexa store (and was never dissatisfied by anything there), but I will be renewing my membership with the Shawnee store because it is closer to where I live and I feel the prices are a bit more reasonable. I have loved everything I've gotten from WBU, but these cages are really helpful for keeping the starlings away from my bird seed!
