This is my "go-to" WBU store. The owner and staff feel like family, and treat me that way too. It's great to have them in my neighborhood!

Employees are very helpful, friendly with attention to detail. Love my purchase of bird items and the birds love their cylinder.

I have gone there for years and the staff is very helpful and so nice. I have a bad back and they alway carry out my purchase without me asking. Love going there!

I came to the Shawnee store looking for a birthday present for my husband. Lynn (I believe that was her name) was SO helpful!! Based on what we currently have and my husband’s interests, she quickly gave me 5 options. I ended buying 3 of her recommendations, but will likely return for more. She is so knowledgeable and I could have talked to her for hours!! I look forward to returning soon!

I was very satisfied with my experience. I have both visited in-person and ordered online and I have been very happy with all my experiences. The employees are always very helpful and ordering online is very easy!
