The sales lady was able to look up my purchase history and tell me what the last type of bird seed I purchased and then carry it out to my car as I had recently had abdominal surgery and was not supposed to lift more than 10 lbs.

Friendly and helpful employees. Told them what I was looking for and they went and got it for me. Offered to carry item to my car.

I was unsure of what I had purchased last month. She was able to look it up on the computer, and get me exactly what I needed.

We, and more importantly, our birds are very happy with the WBU products. The staff at the store are always friendly & courteous. My husband recently received a kidney transplant, so our contact with the outside world will be minimal for a while. We appreciate the delivery option so very much.

They helped me figure out which seed to purchase for my needs. I was able to get other items I had been searching for as well. then they helped me carry my purchase to my car. That was very nice for them to do!

I had shopped at a Birds Unlimited store in Davenport, Iowa. Was so pleased to find one in Kansas! The items I purchased are not available anywhere else. Very pleased with the help and shopping at this store!
