The staff is always so very helpful in a pleasant way. Their knowledge level is great and I always leave feeling as though I am their only, very important customer.

I have been a regular customer of this store since it located to its present location. The owner's family and the rest of the staff feel like members of my own family. My backyard birds are a central part of my life, and WBU plays a central role in keeping them well cared for. Thank you WBU Shawnee!!

The staff was wonderful. I came into the store to look for a pole system for my squirrel/racoon problem. They gave personalized advise and I really appreciated it. Problem solved, birds happy. Squirrels eating on the ground beneath the feeders where they should be!
