it is a joy to come to WBU. The store is so calming, with lovely decor and a wide selection of offerings. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to talk about birds! It’s a marvelous place.

Quality of seed is excellent. Never old nor have I ever found worms or moths in it. Side by side feeding the birds prefer the bird seed I purchase from WBU. I have tried Walmart, Ace Hardware and Orsclein but the food from WBU is always gone first.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to help you find what you need and to point out new items that have arrived. I always look around before I actually get my bird food and usually I buy something!!
