I find the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are responsive to any questions I have and are quick to verify that we have selected what we previously purchased. (You provide so many options that we occasionally pick up the wrong item.)

Quality of birdseed, friendliness of staff, being helped out with heavy bags of birdseed, AND I love the cats Tommy Girl and Phoebe. I only wish you would stock Golden Safflower seed.

I always love coming into the store and browsing around with knowing I would walk out with a large bag of bird food and a cylinder. Kylie is always so friendly and very knowledgeable on birds. Unfortunately Kylie is no longer working there. 😕 She was an amazing lady full of wonderful information. Wish she could have stayed.
